• STAGE 1 - MILLING = Frames in this stage are having undercuts & index cuts milled. 

• STAGE 2 - ROUGH CUT/FINISHING = Frames in this stage are having factory texture removed and mods roughed in such as glove bevel, hybrid bevel, removal of finger grooves etc. Once the rough all rough cuts/mods are complete, they then move on to the sanding and finishing stage where all areas are sanded and buffed to a matte finish. 

• STAGE 3 - CERAKOTE = Frames in this stage are having cerakote applied.  

• STAGE 4 - BORDER/TEXTURES = Frames in this stage are having recessed borders cut and then move on to have texture applied and all other finishing steps before shipping back to the customer.
