• STAGE 1 - MILLING = Frames in this stage are having undercuts & index cuts milled. 

• STAGE 2 - ROUGH CUT/FINISHING = Frames in this stage are having factory texture removed and mods roughed in such as glove bevel, hybrid bevel, removal of finger grooves, Grip Chops, Grip Reductions, etc. Once the rough cuts/mods are complete, they then move on to the sanding and finishing stage where all areas are sanded and buffed to a matte finish. Please note that frame will be in this stage the longest as this stage has the largest workload. 

• STAGE 3 - CERAKOTE = Frames in this stage are having cerakote applied.  

• STAGE 4 - BORDER/TEXTURES = Frames in this stage are having recessed borders cut and then move on to have texture applied and all other finishing steps before shipping back to the customer.
