• Include a copy of our FFL.  DOWNLOAD HERE

• Include a copy of your Invoice that was emailed to you along with the applicable Order Form from the list below with your frame.

​

• Use the MOD-I Glock Order Form for all MOD-I Glock orders, ES-I Order Form for all ES-I orders, and the RGW Order Form for M&P, CZ, Sig, etc.

• Include a legible copy of your government issued ID if shipping directly to us. Your ID must be up to date with your current address as we are required by law to ship to the address listed on your ID. If you reside in a state that will not issue you a new ID with your updated address, please include proof of your address update along with your ID (i.e. utility bill, DMV print off)​

• Package your frame/parts well. Wrap all parts adequately so that they're not harmed during travel. Please DO NOT use packing peanuts, or excessive packing material. Please DO NOT send your frame alone in a gun case as this unnecessarily adds to shipping costs and you will be charged additional shipping charges if you choose to ship your items this way. If you are shipping your Glock for a full build, you may ship it in the Glock case. PLEASE DO NOT include any unnecessary accessories such as lights, laser, etc. Please DO NOT strip your frame as we prefer the parts stay intact to function check once services are complete. Additionally, we're not responsible for the receipt of damaged items. Please only include your frame if your order only includes framework.

• If you are shipping a Staccato/2011Grip Module or a Slide for milling, please include a copy of your invoice that was mailed to you with the parts.

• Please ship all serialized items (Frames with serial numbers and Complete Firearms, etc.) to us via UPS or FedEx. DO NOT ship your frame or firearms via USPS unless you are an FFL. You may also ship your serialized items (Frames, Complete Firearms, etc.) to us via your local FFL. Please contact them for any applicable fees and their shipping requirements. You may however, ship Sig P320/365, OZ9, Staccato/2011 Grip Modules and Slides via USPS directly to us as these are non serialized items. ​​​​​​​
